Copyright Agreement

It is agreed that the artist retains all copyrights to and all rights of reproduction of all images from the moment of creation and is ordinarily given a term enduring for the artist’s life, plus an additional 50 years after the artist’s death. It is agreed that the artist retains all copyrights to created images and poetry and their use in reproduction form ie prints, cards etc. and has the right of the distribution of the reproduction of created images. It is agreed that the artist has the right to use created images publicly for advertising and displays.

Permission for downloading images and text

If you would like to be able to use any of the images or original text from this website for non-commercial purposes, such as use in a Church or in a presentation to be used for promotion of the Christian faith, you may make an application by email. Please specify the proposed use as well as your full details of name, address and phone number. We will then be able to email you what you require in a high definition. Please state that you will abide by our copyright agreement.
